AVN Jacking Down Operation Jacking down operation required to get a bridge deck ready for the upcoming launch.The weight of the structure is 5.631 tonnes.
The operation involved the use of 32nr high capacity single actin-lock nut hydraulic jacks: 12nr 400 tonne – 300mm jacks, 4nr 400 tonne -150mm jacks, 4nr 520 tonne – 45mm jacks and 12nr 300 tonne – 150mm jacks.
